Concept UFO was a challenging project that demonstrates how ergonomics affects design. Based on the price category of the product, we started with five different design directions and narrowed them down to one for the working model to be launched at CES. As part of the process, an unlimited number of quick printed models have been constructed and the geometry has been fixed along with user testing to ensure ergonomics. I contributed to the development of the early stage of UFO concept design and final form design, partnered with an external research firm for quantitative user testings.
